Before the age of nine, Jiang Mu lived a sheltered and pampered life as the beloved little sister, while Jin Zhao was the brilliant older brother everyone admired. But everything changed when her parents divorced. Her father left for Thailand with Jin Zhao, and it was then that Jiang Mu came to know that her brother was adopted. Refusing to let him slip away, she traveled to Thailand alone to find him. When they met again, the graceful boy she once knew had changed. The brightness had faded, replaced by a sharp-edged young man hardened by the streets. He fought in underground rings, raced through dangerous tracks, and lived in a world full of risk that was completely unfamiliar to her. Though she had longed for this reunion, facing him left her uneasy. The brother she had run toward without hesitation now felt like a stranger.

From strangers to lovers, Jiang Mu approached him with steady determination. Though Jin Zhao resisted at first, retreating from her warmth, he eventually gathered the strength to face his feelings and chose to walk toward her instead. Life had been too bitter in his inferno, and he wished to keep Jiang Mu away from that darkness. But she risked everything, walking firmly toward him, determined to bring him back to their homeland, back to family, back to home.

Together, they created their own way of meeting in the middle. From then on, he became the sun, she the moon, shining together, day and night, never to be parted again.
