Rookie doctor Tagami Kotoha is assigned to the Tokyo Metropolitan Odaiba Bay Medical Center. Strikingly beautiful, Kotoha causes a stir throughout the hospital as she heads to the neurosurgery staff room. There, she finds neurosurgeon Otomo and cardiologist Murai arguing and trying to dump an emergency patient on each other despite the urgent situation.
Kotoha steps in, sharply calling them out in a forceful Gifu dialect. At that moment, Nakata Keisuke, the doctor who once saved Kotoha’s life, arrives on the scene.
